Sleep Essential Oil Blend

The Codladh sleep blend as a pure essential oil, handmade in Cork. Rosewood, geranium, two lavenders, cedarwood, sweet orange, rose geranium, ylang ylang, frankincense and Roman chamomile, put together to slow a racing mind rather than simply scent a room. Add five to ten drops to a diffuser in the bedroom about an hour before you want to sleep. 10ml.
