BEO Cleanse Castor Oil (100mls)

An abdominal oil built around detoxifying castor oil, made for a tummy that feels tight, irritable or unsettled, and often used by people managing IBS or stress held in the gut. Sweet almond oil carries castor seed oil alongside cardamom, marjoram, caraway, fennel, peppermint and ginger root. Warm six to eight pumps between your hands and massage into the abdomen in circles, starting at the navel and working out, then lay a heat pack over it. Start weekly and build up. Handmade in Cork. External use only.
